At Pediatrics West our mission is to work closely together to provide personalized pediatric healthcare in a more intimate setting. Both doctors and staff truly get to know patients and families. Our pediatricians work with a supportive team of RNs and receptionists who are kind, knowledgeable and committed to making a family's experience at our office as nurturing, family friendly and accommodating as possible starting from the moment a parent calls with a question or need.
The medical team at Pediatrics West is available when concerns arise. Our families are encouraged to call with questions rather than worrying or wondering what might be needed. If a question occurs after-hours and more urgent medical advice is needed, a parent can call our office number or Children's Hospital of Wisconsin directly to be put in touch with our answering service. Our answering service will page our doctor on call to help you with your questions.
